Where I have ordered from other companies, I have not had to pay for packaging such as a simple cardboard box before. This wasn't a gift so did not need any fancy packaging. However, there was nothing wrong with the box itself.

I purchase the Devon Crea Tea for my aunty who celebrated her 92nd Birthday . She rang as soon as she received the parcel to say she was looking forward to her Cream Tea and what a lovely surprise thank you so much for making an older person happy .
I didn't eat the first pasty as it had sat in the delivery depot over a hot weekend. The replacement was very good, especially when washed down with Jail Ale!
As with the cream, these were spoilt by the delay in delivery. The replacements were yummy.
