I recently sent my Nephew a hamper to cheer him up whilst he’s studying. Had problems with DPD delivery resulting in him receiving a damaged hamper where a bottle had broken and contents spilt onto the box of tea bags. I emailed Devon Hampers and their response was immediate and they said they would send out a complete new hamper free of charge. Could not ask for better and more professional after sales care . They had contacted DPD who were carrying out their own investigation into the matter. As there was fresh products in the hamper they delayed sending it until after the weekend. Today my Nephew received new hamper all intact.
I ordered this hamper as a gift and they loved it. It was well packaged and good presentation. Will definately be looking to order similar again in future for myself or gifts. Thank you for a great service.
