I ordered this Hamper for my Mums Birthday in anticipation that she would have visitors on the day. I’m in Australia and she is at home in Lancashire. The parcel was delivered exactly as described, and safely. Mum phoned me to say Thankyou just as the photo arrived by email confirming the delivery! Excellent service and enjoyed by many friends and relatives.
This beef and Jail Ale pie is full to the brim with meat, which is succulent and tasty, moist with the gravy filling and the pastry is also very tasty. A fantastic pie, well worth the price and I would highly recommend this pie.
This is one of the best shop-bought pies I have ever eaten. It is a bit more expensive than other pies, but it is well worth it. It is an individual pie that is packed with meat and leeks, in just the right amount. It has a nice sauce, so it not dry and is incredibly tasty. I would highly recommend this pie.
I bought this interesting cheese to fill a space in the box that I had to buy with my order. The description sounds nice and I had not tried a marbled cheese before. The texture was creamy and soft, but also a little slimy and was not really to my taste, but it did actually go very nicely with a rhubarb chutney.
These pasties are very tasty, moist and an unusual flavour from the normal steak ones. Enjoyed it for a change.
It is a bit pricey for a box to deliver some food items in. I can understand charging for a hamper, as this would be something special, but to charge for a cardboard box as well as charging for delivery is a bit of a cheek.
These buns have a lovely texture and the smell of saffron can be smelt before even opening the packet. Very nice.
