This is the second hamper I have sent to my lovely mother in law as a gift and both were well received . I have been informed that your hampers will be welcome for all birthday and Christmas going forward. The only complaint she had was the first was cream tea for four & the second was only for two.

Ales and pasties were nice but there were four ales in total, two of the same. It would have been better if they were all different and also the four pasties were all the same filling too.
I purchased the hamper as a Christmas gift for my grandparents. They haven't stopped raving about the scones! Will most certainly be buying again!

I think it is poor business that you are forced to pay for the box that the items you have ordered come in. If you did not want a hamper, a normal box should be included in your postage and packaging of £8.40.
I placed an order which was to be delivered for a present for someone that was spending the day with me on the same day it was being delivered. The delivery was spot on, which was great, however I ordered for her present, the shortbread and the fudge and was sent just the shortbread and a random pot of cream. There was no explanation of why I did not have the fudge and it was swopped for cream that needed to be put in the bin as it was not chilled. I also do not like the fact that you are forced to buy a cardboard box for packaging for your goods to be sent in. This is poor business and should be included in the £8.40 charged for the Postage and Packaging. I paid just short of £28 and received a tin of shortbread. Not impressed.
