As I bought this for a friend whom I haven't seen, I can only comment on the delivery which was exactly when stated it would arrive and good that I was kept up to date re delivery date and times. My friend sent a photo of herself holding the hamper. It was exactly as described and shown on the website. She hasn't commented on the tea, though was looking forward to it that evening. This might be because she is not well.
