Yes it was well presented but only disappointment was the card that I had requested to be put into the box was missing. I thought my mum had just missed it but upon inspection by myself I couldn't find it either - she had no idea who it was from.
My daughter and her family were thrilled with the hamper which arrived on time for her birthday. I only ordered it a few days before. This was the second year I have ordered a hamper and each time it was delivered on time and well packaged. The website was easy to use.
