During the online order process I had a concern in that I was being asked to proceed to payment without specifying delivery slot. I telephoned customer service and have to say they were really friendly and helpful explaining this was part of the payment step. Other than that the order process was very easy to follow. The order arrived via DPD exactly on time on my wife's birthday. All the ingredients were absolutely top notch. In fact we made them last over two days as they were very generous. The order was partly out of desperation for a birthday under lockdown but we are now considering other occasions that we can order for and would recommend it all to anyone.

The scones were a bit dry and the clotted cream wasn't very clotted due to having to be frozen. But the fudge and biscuits were nice
