I was kept updated from the time of order until delivery. It arrived before 12 even though, I didn’t specify AM delivery.
Really nice item, bought this as a gift arranged for delivery on specific date. Great communication throughout so I knew exactly what was happening and when it was being delivered. I was able to let recipient know they needed to be home at a specific time so the cream in the item could be put in in fridge. They absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend good value for money, good quality and good service.
