The ordering was very easy and quick. A great selection of quality items. The delivery was next day. Everything packed beautifully. We sent hampers to all our family as we can't get together this Christmas due to Covid-19. Everyone has received them and is delighted. One hamper was dropped by the delivery driver and was replaced in full the next day. Top Marks Devon Hampers.

I had problems with the website but the lady in customer services was very helpful. When I'd made the order over the phone everything went very smoothly.
What really makes the differences with this company is that they employ local hug skill bakers so the scones are baked fresh in their kitchens before dispatch. Cream and jam both excellent local products too - fantastic service .

Owing to a small error in the address on our part (40 instead of 48) the parcel was not delivered. Our frustration lies with the delivery company DPD who made no effort to resolve the problem despite us supplying both our phone number and the recipients. The package was destroyed (we were advised......) Always Double check the destination. Quality of service across couriers varies greatly it seems, especially in these times of lockdown. Devon hampers said they would follow up but sadly No response
