This was s birthday gift for my sister in law who has been shielding and can't go out to celebrate her birthday. It was delivered promptly on the day, and she really enjoyed the scones- lighter than most GF ones, in her opinion. She's been a coeliac since birth, so she know her GF products! Ten out of ten. I will use again.
