Great box if you don't need to send a wicker hamper. My mum loved it.
Sent this to my mum and dad from Plymouth to Essex for birthday pressie during lockdown. I have never used this company before but was impressed even during lockdown with the ease of the website and especially how you could pick the given day and time for delivery. I was informed of the delivery process all the way and it arrived on time. My parents were so impressed with the way the hamper was thoughtfully packaged with bubble wrap and straw and loved the printed box. They especially thought the Devon scones were fabulous. I have given a 4 star rating for everything as I did not taste it myself, so thought it was an honest opinion as they thought it was all lovely. I would now have confidence in sending one again from Devon Hampers..

Items as described. Scones very light and delicious. Strawberry jam exceptional taste and clotted cream long dated. Parcel arrived on time and was well packaged. Would reorder again and recommend without hesitation.
I purchased this cream tea for my stepfathers 89th Birthday. The communication about delivery was excellent . The parcel arrived nice and early in the morning which was perfect. My stepfather was extremely happy with is gift and loved the card that was sent with the cream tea. A very nice touch

I won't be using Devon Hampers ever agin. Said that they would deliver on a specific date, and didn't. Tried to contact them by phone and email but to no avail. The only reply I received was on Facebook days later and to be honest it was very snotty. It took them a while to admit that they were at fault with the delivery. Very poor customer service and no phone call returned. Very unhappy with the service and communication.
I found the website by accident, it was easy to use and I ordered a clotted cream tea for two. My wife originally from Devon has recently got over double pneumonia and was feeling down. It arrived quickly and we had a surprise afternoon tea. Thank you. Looks good, packed well and tasted great.

I cannot vouch for the contents of the hamper personally as it was sent to my son and his fiancee on what would have been their wedding day, were it not for the Covid 19 lock down. It was delivered on time; they said the contents were delicious and very welcome. Devon Hampers were most friendly & helpful when I called a couple of times to ensure it would be delivered on the right day.

Although I should have checked the weight of this from the photos it looked like a family size pack and that was disappointing
