I ordered a Hamper to be delivered to my elderly mum. It was due on a certain date (I only paid for the standard delivery). I told mum to expect it on that date but 24 hours before I received a text advising me of a delay in the delivery. I emailed Devon Hampers and sent them a Facebook message and nobody even acknowledged it. The Hamper itself was OK but the service was very poor. I won't be using them again ~ there are so many other companies offering the same product with hopefully better customer care.
Can’t travel to Devon at the moment, so treated the wife and myself to a delicious Devon cream tea at home Will use again. Many thanks
We loved our afternoon tea, it was delicious ... we were celebrating our daughters birthday 'virtually' during lockdown so this made it a bit more special.
We arranged for a cream team hamper to be sent to a friend for his birthday. He lives in Kent and misses visiting Devon so the prezzie was a delicious reminder of our lovely county. The service and product was fabulous.

Due to lock down and shielding, my mum has not left her house for weeks. She was really missing her coffee and cheese scone treat in town on a Saturday. Living 250+ miles away I couldn't take any round to her so ordered some from Devon Scone Company, with slight trepidation as mum is very fussy about her scones! She loved them and I've won a ton of brownie points. My only negative comment is that postage was very expensive which will put me off ordering regularly, but it was great to be able to treat her to her favourite pastry.
