Lovely product but was disappointed that after paying for what seemed to be next day delivery, the delivery date was over a week later, missing the event that I had ordered it for.

I purchased a hamper for my sister (who loved it)I left delivery instructions that the courier didn’t pay close detail to! On calling Devon hampers it was resolved immediately .The hamper was there 10 mins later .llovely helpful service from the lady I spoke to (I’ve forgotten heR name )
I selected the next available date for delivery as shown on your calendar when ordered. However the hamper was actually delivered 2 days earlier which is fantastic service. I am also glad that my daughter was in to receive it!
I sent this to my friends who are in isolation. They loved it. Well presented and delicious. Great price, delivered in time stated, nice produce and great customer service.
I’m sure the Cream Tea was much enjoyed but I was disappointed with the delivery. It should have been delivered to No 20 Station Road instead it was left at No 23 on the opposite side of the road. The recipient did collect it after I notified him of the mistake but should not have being 80 years old in lockdown.

Great idea by post they were fabulous size of scones and jam cream were just right, only thing I thought would have been a nice extra would have been union jacks serviettes to go with it..
