I recently purchased a Devon Cream Tea Hamper for 2 as a birthday gift, the item arrived on time, however the cream was broken and had leaked into the packaging, I emailed Devon Hampers straight away informing them of what had happened, they responded very promptly and have sent a replacement hamper, which I was totally surprised at. A very prompt and friendly service, the products are great and the gift was well received.
The receipients said the basket was lovely and the contents well presented & delicious. I have sent these to 4 seperate people now, all have been thoroughly enjoyed

I was disappointed when the hamper arrived due to the fact that the cream tub was open, I understand that this could be due to the mishandling by the delivery system but I feel the tub should have been sealed. I did email yourselves the same day but as yet have had no reply, it was more of an advice note re packaging. The scones were very nice. I am glad they didn't get sent to the original recipient as a surprise (as they were away). Sorry not to give a very negative review as I would have used you again for further hampers.
Bought this as a treat for my sister. She loved it.
I'm sure they would of been 5 star if delivered. But all hamper of the cream tea and chocolates were not delivered.....
My mother loves your scones (and the cream & jam of course) and looks forward to her annual treat for her birthday. She also enjoyed the fudge (it didn't last long)
Attractive hamper but overpriced for the size. Small size (I ordered one to fit 8 items but it was full with 6) makes it non functional for anything other than a decorative gift and yet it was over half the price of the hamper in total. A more decorative (than a cardboard box) but less expensive presentation option would be nice.
I sent this hamper to my friend and boss as she needed cheering up after a horrible week. She loved the fresh scones, clotted cream which is made in my home town of Plymouth and the delicious Devonshire jam. She sent me a photo of the packaging and it was beautfully packed in a vintage style box. Extremely happy with my purchase, the speed of delivery and I will use Devon hampers again in the future.
very pleased with the hamper, packaged well. However, the courier service let the service down, as gift wasn't delivered on the stated date and I had to chase them up!
I expected a better quality hamper basket with my order and on reflection felt that the contents were not value for money.
The recipients were delighted with the hamper and said that the scones were particularly good. I ordered the hamper a couple of weeks in advance of a birthday; it arrived on the right dsy and I was able to track the package. I will have no hesitation in using Devon Hampers again.
The package was received and my father was really pleased with it BUT HE HAD NO IDEA WHO IT HAD COME FROM AS MY PRIVATE MESSAGE HAD NOT BEEN INCLUDED WHICH I SUBMITTED WHEN ORDERING. I am so disappointed with this as I was out of the country and it looked like I had not done anything for him and when I called him he did not thank me for it and I then had to say did you get anything in the post, which he replied a nice box of cheeses and cider but he didn't know why. I run a Financial Adviser business and had been considering using your business for client gifts after business had been completed but if the MESSAGE I WANT TO LEAVE IS NOT INCLUDED, this will not promote my business or Thank my clients for there business

A very nicely presented item but a bit expensive for what you got.
I sent this as a birthday gift to my aunt as she was staying with a friend for her birthday. I was a bit concerned that I was sending it as a c/o address, but I shouldn't have worried. The hamper arrived on time and my Aunt was delighted. I bought the hamper box and she said it was beautifully packaged and had a lovely bow for decoration. I will definately use this again as a gift. It is a great idea.

My aunt who received a Devon Hampers cream tea for her 96th birthday said these were wonderfully fat scones that she thought would be dry but were not and reckoned they were one of the best she has had

I ordered this as a 80th Birthday gift. Delivery was fast and our friend was absolutely delighted with her cream tea. She commented on how nicely it was presented and how utterly delicious it was! This was so easy to order and was excellent value for money. Would definitely use again.
Whilst the hamper is quite small, the 6 items ordered fitted inside easily. It was of a very good quality and delivery was very quick and as stated.
Ordered as a birthday present. It was very well received and had a giggle at some of the names. Good selection of beers/ales. Only tried the Otter so far but tastes lovely. Ordered a standard box, the bottles arrived wrapped in bubble wrap surround by hay. Could do with a fragile label on box as delivery driver a bit rough with handling and nearly lost the lot out the box on the door step.
I ordered a Devon Cream Tea Hamper for my Auntie's birthday. I was very impressed with the service as I was informed by email when the item had been delivered. My Auntie was well impressed with the present. I had a very small query over one of the items included, which when brought to the attention of Devon Hampers was immediately put right. I won't hesitate to order items again from Devon Hampers
For over £21 I would have expected the presentation box to be at least attractive. I mean come on people .... It's 4 scones ( extremely cheap to produce) some jam ( again hardly expensive stuff) and a bit of cream!!!!!! This product is not good value! I felt embarrassed to see the stuff when it arrived for my very sick friend. It was like bargain basement!!!!! I will most certainly not be recommending this firm again.
