The first cream arrived late after sitting in delivery depot over a hot weekend. It was hard like cheese and inedible. Second cream was better but still difficult to spread.

Thank for delivery of our ‘hamper’ as described below. I wish to point out that in my opinion, the scones were not entirely fresh but rather dry. While I appreciate the stated ‘free’ delivery that you advertise, I think we all know that the delivery cost has to be included in the price. With that in mind, the package is rather pricey. For this, the main item should be fresh tasting and somewhat succulent. Clotted cream and jam, however much is applied is not a good enough to stand off the dryness of the scone. I had hoped to send packages of these to my friends, it seemed a great gift idea but unless your scones are much more fresh, I won’t be doing it with your company. I appreciate the prompt delivery but the ultimate package was spoilt by the ‘staleness’ of the baked items. Disappointedly, Terry Leaman.
