No complaints about the product, but the delivery arrived a day early. We paid for a Sunday delivery to coincide with a birthday, but hamper was despatched on Friday and arrived on Saturday. We had notification on Saturday morning so had to ask the recipient to rearrange their day so they could be in. We tried to contact Devon Hampers to delay until the Sunday, as ordered, but no one there on a Saturday. Now over a week since and still no reply to my email complaining about the delivery change. So good product, but poor customer service. Would have been five stars if they got the delivery right.
Ordered as a present - it arrived on time - when it was supposed to.... It was well received and I was told it was yummy - what more could you want? All in all a great experience

Our friends loved the hamper which we sent as a get well present! Yummy scones, jam biscuits and cream.
I wanted to change the delivery date after I'd placed the order - gave them a call, very helpful. Arrived on time
Cream tea for 2 was delicious. The scones were perfect and tasted really fresh. There was sufficient cream and jam to please the most greedy eater.

The hamper was for a 94 year old as a birthday present. She lives in Kent but used to take her hols in Devon. She was very pleased with it .

The only thing I would say was the person who delivered it did not wait for said person to answer the door so left it on the door step. Luckily she was in and was able to bend down and pick it up.

The actual hamper was good,. However, paying £12 to select a specific date, then it being delivered on a different date without warning is overpriced and has put me off any future purchases for time-sensitive gifts.
Ordered this to be delivered on a specific day and it arrived a day early. I know its better that way than being late but did ruin the surprise a little. However the hamper was well received and was enjoyed

Received on time - recipient happy with most of the contents apart from the crackers which were apparently very hard “like dog biscuits”! But the rest was enjoyed!
