Disappointed with how the products arrived had to make up own hamper and everything didn’t fit in the basket they recommended, straw packing was very messy

I was promised one day, not even the delivery day I had booked. The courier said they could deliver on a Friday, the next day after the notification email and they would let me know the time of delivery by 11am, nothing! I did get it on the Saturday but I had actually booked the following Monday for a reason. So both days my poor old mother had to wait in for the courier (swear words removed)
My brother was very pleased with the cider selection and cheeses. He was looking forward to enjoying all over the Christmas period. Thank you.
