It was bought as a gift for a friend who had just left hospital after contracting covid. I wanted something that would build him up! The hamper was an absolute success and was thoroughly enjoyed! Delivered on time, with scones that I am told were delicious!
The tea was safely packed and box was was good with trimming.
Made my own hamper for parents as needed gluten free. This was great as I could what I wanted. Website easy to handle from. Good communication with shipped. Parents reported the hamper was great. A little bit of Cornwall in East Sussex!!
We needed a large delivery within 72 hours, when the first shipment was damaged in transit they arranged a second with pre 11am next day delivery at no extra charge so that we could complete our goody bags on time. Excellent customer service and communication.

The pasties were bought for my Birthday by my Family and were in-edible. Very little meat and meat was very stringy ,they also tasted as though someone had dropped a bucket of salt in the mix. Spoilt my birthday but they were replaced promptly when I complained. Replacements were lovely but that is not the point, they should have been perfect from the start.
On the suggestion of a friend I ordered a Cream Tea Hamper. However through no fault of the company this was not delivered on time. I therefore had to contact Devon Hampers and I cannot fault the way in which the matter was resolved and the service I received.
Received ginger biscuits not shortbread which was ordered. Also was delivered 1 day late after having to chase with several phone calls. Other products were good though and service on the phone was good.
I purchased the hamper to be delivered to my parents who were celebrating a wedding anniversary. It arrived on time. They were very pleased with the contents and thought it was an imaginative surprise.
The ordering and delivery of any of the hampers I’ve ordered have been promptly dealt with, you can choose a date for delivery to suit you and you receive txts which an our slot for delivery. I would highly recommend.
