Very easily ordered, good communication about delivery and it was quickly received by my shielding parents who were delighted. They were very impressed by the scones, "didn't fall apart as you cut them", and loved the cream, jam and biscuits.

Box was lovely thought it looks like a real basket. The bottles in the basket looked great, have had some of these before but a few she hadn't tried. All bottles have gone down well.

Not only were the contents delicious but the wicker basket was the icing on the cake or the cream in the scone. It was delivered on time and everything was fresh.

I decided to treat my small team to a treat at the high point of lock-down. I bought x3 & arranged for them to be delivered all on the same day so we could have afternoon cream tea via Zoom. Closer to long life butter than clotted cream - not sure if this is the difference between Devon and Cornish clotted cream!?
Unfortunately these were dry and powdery for our liking - needed lots of cream and jam!

I ordered a Devonian hamper for my parents and, whilst the packaging was great and the box arrived on time, we were disappointed with the quality of the scones and Langage Farm clotted cream. The scones were dry and powdery and the clotted cream is not cream as we know it - it was a closer to a long-life butter. I did contact Devon Hampers to feedback directly but didn't receive a reply, only an automated email to leave a review. Such a shame that the cream tea wasn't tastier - for £40 I'd have expected it to taste as good as it looked.

arrived a day late after paying for saturday delivery almost the same amount as the hamper. courier pretended to have tried to deliver but didn;t. devon hampers never got back to my 2 emails. i think i need a partial delivery refund?
