I ordered a Devon Hamper (Strawberry Cream Tea Hamper) for my Mother as part of her birthday present. I found the ordering process very easy to complete. My Mother was absolutely delighted with the hamper. It arrived exactly when it was meant to, and the contents were very high quality. The packaging was also great quality. I will certainly be ordering more items from you in future!
Product very good, well-packaged and (according to very experienced cream tea-eating Devonians) very authentic. DH went extra mile by adding their own gift to the order. However, the delivery was a let-down, as the special date ordered (Diamond Anniversary) was missed. Devon Hampers very apologetic and refunded delivery charge, explaining that the delivery company was unprepared for an Easter demand peak. Delivery failure is an increasingly common problem as internet shopping burgeons, but this can easily, and unfairly, trash the reputations of perfectly decent, customer-focused companies.
My brother in law was pleased with this gift for his birthday. I have used your company before for presents for my Dad who also enjoys the selection of beers you have. Thank you once again for being very efficient and helpful.

This was packaged in a lovely box with care. We live in Australia and I was sending this gift to my mum. Being so far away it is really important that anything I send is sent with the love and care I would give it if I was able to buy and deliver in person and this and all the other purchases I have made through Devon Hampers did not disappoint. Mum and Dad said the scones, cream and jam were very yummy too, the cream was apparently especially nice! Would not hesitate to recommend your products and services. Thank you.

Was so surprised how well packaged my order came in a cardboard box, frozen goods in an ice pack which was still frozen on arrival, and lots of packing material to keep the best scones safe.
Best jam I have tasted, the combination of scone, cream and this jam can't be beaten.
A real taste of clotted cream not a cheap imitation this is the real thing perfect for an afternoon tea and scone.

Despite there being an issue with the courier service, the gift was eventually delivered and Dad was very pleased! The staff at Devon Hampers could not have been more helpful in trying to sort out the issues with the delivery.

I ordered a Devon Cream Tea Hamper for very elderly relatives as an early christmas gift. I thought it would make a change from flowers, plants and chocolates and I was right to as they were delighted with it. I was very impressed with the administration of my order. I was kept informed of the progress of my order until it was forwarded to the carrier City Link and I was then able to track its progress until it was signed for by the recipient on the day I requested. Ordrred product with next day delivery. Product did not get received. However member of staff that was dealing with me regarding this then arranged to have the item delivered again. It came yesterday and I am now very happy with it. Well done to her.

Ordered this Cider Hamper as a last minute gift, ordered weekend of 6th December, asked for delivery on Tuesday 13th and it was delivered on time, was told of the delivery slot of 2 hours and parcel was delivered well within the 2 hour delivery slot. Very happy with the packing and the cider selection. Would buy again from this company.
Saw this glass in a pub! Searched on line found this great company who sent tge glass (and beer to put in it!) promptly and very well packaged. Very pleased. As will husband be on Chrustmas day.
