Nice product nicely presented. Good customer service but shame about the delivery. One glass broken prior to delivery and replaced with substitute. Remaining glass broken on delivery. Good response but they need to fix the problem.

Got poor substitute to what we ordered, also paid extra for a Saturday delivery only for the product to be delivered on a Friday which was cheaper rate. Took longer than expect to deal with my complaint but it was dealt with OK with the offer of a £6 refund for the additional delivery which was processed into my account quickly
